What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are a flat rate based on market costs. Customers who choose expedited shipping will have orders processed and shipped within 1 business day.

DOMESTIC

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information the moment* your order leaves our warehouse. Orders will ship out on Tuesday or Thursday. Please note that orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following week. Thank you for your patience as we are a small team handling orders!

Orders typically take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the location, and which service you choose. Delivery dates for standard shipping services are estimated, but not guaranteed. To guarantee delivery by a certain date, please select an expedited shipping service at checkout.

Please note: Wipeys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to Canada! Please select the Canadian shipping option at checkout.


How do I cancel my order?

We try to ship orders as fast as we can (orders take 24-48 hours to process and will ship out on Tuesday and Thursday) so if you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@shopwipeys.com - we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled.

If your order is already shipped it is final sale.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order - i.e. we accidentally sent you the wrong thing, there is missing product, etc., please contact info@shopwipeys.com

I didn’t get my order, what do I do?

First, double check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation to make sure the package was delivered. If your tracking number hasn’t been updated in a few days, email us at info@shopwipeys.com and we will happily take a look into it.

If your order has been confirmed as delivered, it’s possible that your package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or another location in your building. We recommend checking with your mail delivery person, doorman or neighbor(s) to see if someone else received it in error.

Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided for the order.

Is your packaging recyclable?

The wipes are biodegradable (yay!), however the single foil packaging are not - we promise we are working on that! Every piece of shipping material you receive from us is recyclable, so please do your due diligence!

How do I order wholesale?

How to use the wipe?

Simple tear the perforated side on the top of the wipe. Pull out your wipe and unfold. Use for it’s purpose, then throw away. DO NOT FLUSH THE WIPES. That is a big no no. Do not use the wipes in your eye. If in your eyes, flush with water!
