5 Virtual Workouts for 2021

Here in Colorado gyms haven’t had the full chance to be back to normal anymore so a lot of studios are completely virtual. To be honest, I kind of love it. I love that I don’t have to get in my car to rush to a workout then rush back home to quickly shower to get back to work. My routine now is so simple and I feel like I have more time in the day. Now, don’t get me wrong I do miss being in the studio and being encouraged by all the women around me while we are getting our butts kicked by the great Teddi B., but this new routine in life feels ok now.

In order to make this new normal feel “ok” it’s all about getting into a routine. Number one, try out different virtual workouts! Whether it’s one studio or many, have fun with the workouts you are choosing to do at home. Choose the ones that feel best for your body and work for your schedule. I especially love the studios that offer on demand workouts for days I may not make it to virtual class. Plan the days you are going to workout, sign up each week  and put it in your calendar. This helps to hold myself accountable to the workout I am going to do each day. Lastly, make sure you have all the right workout accessories for at home. A set of free weights, bala bangles and WIPEYS Face wipes are my go to workout accessories!
